Our Client Relationship Management programme encourages our clients to communicate directly with Wright Guarding management on an ongoing basis and also in the event of any special needs.

We are unique in that we offer Virtual Guard Supervision and back-up support through our offsite CCTV control rooms. We offer 24/7 management and control room back-up.

Comprehensive pre-employment screening is performed on all prospective employees, with references, criminal records and PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registration being thoroughly checked. Our Honesty Maintenance Program includes regular polygraph truth verification tests of staff.
We remain committed to the welfare of our staff. The benefits and rates of pay for our security staff are fully compliant with Private Security Industry Regulation Act (PSIRA) legislation.
Section 38(3)(g) of the Private Security Industry Regulation Act states that any or person who, knowingly or without the exercise of reasonable care, contracts for the rendering of security services, contrary to a provision of the Private Security Industry Regulation Act, is guilty of an offence, and on a conviction of such a contravention, is liable to a fine or to imprisonment not exceeding 24 months, or both.
